I’ve worked with Peter for the last few years. He goes above and beyond for his clients. It’s nice to see a realtor who keeps his clients best interest in mind during the escrow process. A definite must call for all your real estate needs.
We purchased a new home with Peter in June 2025. After the entire experience, I would strongly recommend against using this realtor or agency. Peter misled us on several occasions - told us there is a mandatory 10 year home warranty on this home when there wasn’t, removed contingencies without notifying us and refused to work with us on the commission despite being on the seller’s side (requiring less work on his end especially when I found the home).
