He such a very caring doctors a good listener to his patient
I have been going to Pinnacle Dermatology and seeing Dr. Jajou for three years. The office is very modern, clean and accessible. Dr. Jajou has been great; very prompt, pleasant and thorough. I had a lipoma excision by him recently. The procedure went perfectly. He was very informative throughout, and there was no pain. Post-operatively, all was well, and when I had questions twice, Dr. Jajou called me back himself. Dr. Jajou and his staff were very friendly and polite. Dr. was very kind in his description of my diagnosis and calmed my fears. His treatment was explained in detail before he proceeded. I will definitely return to him for any other problems and keep him as my personal dermatologist. Thank you Dr. Jajou for your kindness and I look forward to our next appointment!
This is the absolute worst doctor's office I've ever been to. I'm literally on day 9 of trying to call to get ahold of someone for a refill but you can't get in touch with anyone and if you leave a message, which I've left 5 and my wife left 2, nobody will call you back and if you do ever talk to someone they're at a call center and just try to forward you back to the number that never answers. Dr. Jajou is a nice guy and very helpful but it doesn't matter how good you are if your staff is horrible at their jobs
