As a 1st time patient I had a great interaction experience with the staff when I initially called for an appt. I arrived early and was taken into the exam room almost immediately. Dr Riznyk walked in right on time and was very personable. He listened to all my concerns and questions as if I was his only patient and he had all day. He said I should ask as many questions as I needed to. He went over his diagnosis with me in detail as well asall of my treatment options. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.... read more
Not Good! He was not there for an appointment his office made for me on Sat, Dec 10. I drove from Delevan, NY to OP, couldn't find his office, pulled off and called. The office was closed, and an answering service was the only contact. I'm probably looking for another podiatrist surgeon.
The doctor should stick to what he does and not push his views on covid treatments that haven’t been scientifically proven effective for that particular virus. If I want a professional opinion on the subject, I’ll go to the experts in the field of immunology, not the guy treating an ingrown toenail. I’m highly concerned that he’s telling all his patients to go get some Ivermectin to have on hand, like he told me.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Riznyk! I stepped on a nail 2 years ago and have been to the ER over 6 times, had an abcess and was admitted, had surgery whileint the hospital, had over 8 MRI's, E-rays, CT scans, bloodwork over and over, IV's, Pik lines... and still 2 foot Dr's, a surgen and many other doctors couldn't figure out why myb foot kept blowing up over and over..... well... after 1 office visit with Dr. Riznyk and 1 surgery I am well on my way to recovery after he correctly removed a large cyst that had b... read more
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Riznik. He repaired 2 bunions and a hammer toe on the same foot. I'm very pleased with the results. I especially liked how in depth he explained everything he was doing and the entire process. Dr. Riznik, his daughter and their staff were all very pleasant, professional and accommodating to my schedule.
Foot problems? Here's the man to go to. Besides the bunion pain I had he discovered something more sinister, replaced my big toe joint and it's the first time in years I can bend my foot and it's pain free. He listens and Converses with you in a very professional and friendly Manor and really knows his stuff. I have a bad back , know what it can do to other parts of my body and he knows the difference, too!!
Wonderful doctors! Wonderful staff! I would highly recommend this office for any foot care needs!
In order to rate this quack I need to provide a star but prefer to leave no stars. He is AWFUL! Waited 6 weeks for appt, then he took a glance at my feet, pinched my toes, and then told me he thought my feet looked happy & perhaps I needed a neurologist - or perhaps I have a bad back! I could barely walk and stand for a length of time so I went to another Pod - one with a good reputation & he determined that I had 3 stress fractures in addition to severe case of tendinitis. Avoid!! Crook.
Dr Riznyk is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. Very kind and considerate and he always makes himself available to his patients. He did a great job on my bunion, I highly recommend him.
