Dr. Flores is kind, thorough, and truly makes you feel seen and heard. He and his staff work seamlessly as a team, and I feel safe being under his care. Dr. Flores is transparent, quick to answer questions, and consistently shows compassion. An excellent doctor with an excellent staff.

Beware of what you disclose when you visit for only annual physicals. I was billed for two visits on my first single visit, (one for annual physicals and another for established patient care) even though I explicitly asked for only annual physicals and nothing else. Established care was billed for explaining my previous health history when asked by the doctor. My appointment was delayed by 15 minutes and it was all rushed. Will not visit this primary care again for lack of transparency.
