Unprofessional. Do your homework and get three estimates. These guys are what I'd call typical good-ol'-boy construction types - meaning they act like they don't have time for you (the customer) and you don't know what you're talking about. Old school in a bad way. Then they hand you some astronomical price and get offended if you question it. Don't hire them. I ended up getting quality work done at less than half what they quoted.
