Admin very unhelpful and unprofessional. Made an appointment for a broken tooth and was told that they may or may not verify my insurance prior to my appointment. I said that my insurance needs to be verified prior to any work being done. I was told if I didn't like the answer I could look for a dentist elsewhere. Which I did

I had a very disappointing experience due to poor communication with the secretary at the Denton office. She was rude, unhelpful, and even hung up the phone more than four times while I was desperately trying to speak with the doctor to get help for my husband, who was suffering from severe tooth pain. Her behavior was unethical, her customer service was extremely poor, and she failed to provide any helpful information. This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The team here at this office makes u feel like family. It’s always so nice and clean and they do everything they can to make sure that you’re comfortable and also they work with ur insurance so u don’t have a lot of out of pocket expenses. That’s important!!! I wish I could give them 10 STARS ⭐️ BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT. Give them a try and u won’t ever want anyone else to work on your mouth.
