I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt deeply traumatized after my recent visit to this OB-GYN clinic. I wish I could do minus star to do the review here. I went in with so much joy for my first prenatal check-up after learning I was pregnant — but I left feeling violated, dismissed, and heartbroken. I waited over 45 minutes just to have a rushed 15-minute consultation. The doctor gets irritated and raises his voice every time, which is very unprofessional.
If I could, I would rate this OBGYN a zero. Although the receptions are nice, they lack fore planning and are in complete disregard of the patients' time. Miscommunication and as a result, inefficiency are what this office loves to show with pride. Also, the doctor has abysmal mediating skills not too uncommon with boomer Korean doctors. I would recommend avoiding this place. Not for the younger generation that actually have a time schedule.
