Peter is amazing to work with. He is very timely in his responses and was great at explaining the process of purchasing a house to someone who knows nothing about real estate. We succeeded in securing our first house because of his attention to detail and overall knowledge of the surrounding market.
Peter was great in our house buying experience. He knew the area well and found something that was exactly what we were looking for. He had extensive data and analysis to assist in the offer writing process. He also made the closing process easy with with prompt responses to all of our questions. Finally he was able to advise us on home updates that could be made and provided us with good contacts to do the work.
Peter is wonderful. He goes above and beyond to explain the process, provide options with your specifications, and to have excellent communications. He worked with both my husband and I with our schedule, explains each step (what's needed/timelines/etc), and worked on our behalf. 10/10 recommend.
