Great service and quality repair work
Love tha staff!!!!
Took in a watch in to be repaired after service still had issue of keeping time. Took back for warranty work and this place is in complete chaos. Can't tell me when it will be done then once done cant tell me what they found. Called me 2 days after watch was picked up telling me they should hear from watchmaker soon. I've called store to ask what the watchmake did and several weeks later still no reply.
I had the pleasure of working with Todd Frymier on designing a custom wedding ring. I had some stones from family rings and wanted to incorporate them with the design. Todd did an amazing job and understood the style I wanted. I highly recommend Peter Franklin and team.
