We recently purchased a home and Peter was the sellers' agent. He did not display integrity and misrepresented the condition of the home. He used copious amounts of air freshener to to mask musty odors. He also said that there was never water intrusion into the basement but we found evidence that there was. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Peter was to work with. My husband and I were looking to buy a property in Northern Virginia from a distance (me in San Diego and him in Guam).
