I could not be more pleased with Dr. Lantz and his team at Warren Clinic Internal Medicine. I continue to be responded to and seen quickly with professionalism, complete attention to me, and kindness from making my appointment to diagnosis and prescribed solutions. Special thanks, too, to Sandie and Rhonda, whose thoughtful assurance helped me feel relaxed and supported. I am so very happy I chose Dr. Lantz to be my primary care physian. I know I am in good hands.
Just wow. Professional, competent, kind, thorough. Office staff ALL friendly (rare nowadays), especially his assistant. Exceptionally clean, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend office. As someone that unfortunately has had to see her share of doctors since 12, Dr. Lantz was a breath of fresh air for my husband and myself. FINALLY an internist that knows his stuff!
I've no issues with Dr Lantz, it's his nurse and office manager who have proven to be unethical and heartless. I was seen once and dismissed afterwards with no delivered notice or explanation.The Office Manager did not return my call as expected, and the Dr's assistant is the typical mean, unhappy medical office employee. I expected more from St Francis Employees.
Dr.Lantz cares. Called me at home. First time a Doctor ever called me at home.
Excellent Physician, can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lantz and the office staff. You will always receive the best of care. Great communication skills, compassion and kindness.
