i love it here! highly recommend for the spa. very clean, relaxing environment, and very accommodating/friendly staff. my boyfriend and I had appointments for the grotto soak followed by a couples massage Valentine’s Day weekend and when we were done in the soak, they needed to reschedule due to an emergency with one of the therapists. we were very understanding as we get that things happen. the owner apologized tremendously and didn’t make us pay for our soak that day and when we went back a week later, they made the soak a... read more
This was my 3rd visit for a haircut and of course wash. Always taken in on-time, and everyone is very friendly. The person who washes my hair also gives a scalp and neck massage which I love. My hair is done how I want it so I have no complaints. My next appointment is scheduled. :)
My first time there and spent 4 hours of Relaxation and Pampering. The entire staff from beginning to end were pleasant, wonderful and very attentive to my needs. I came out feeling like a totally different gorgeous woman. Started with a 30 min massage, then on to a spa mani, and spa pedi ( Fran) was great in both. Then it was on to my cut and Style. Loved it..... Thanks to you all at the salon for the excellent service...
