Scumbag servers insult customers. To add insult to injury the manager gave them a $20 gift card. Why would they ever go back? Why would anyone eat at a place that has such disdain for their customers?
Read the story about this place today's Washington Post. The page prohibits posting the URL to the story, so search for this title: Servers trash customers in private note on check — then forget to delete it You'll never find me in this restaurant. Mr. Chang and his staff should apparently move back to China where they'll find people like themselves, who are apparently more to their choosing.
I would say anyone that runs a restaurant and allows their servers to clearly put derogatory remarks about customers on their check ...and doesn't fire them, shouldn't be in business. there is nothing to contemplate here. these servers are idiots and should be fired. "they have done this before and have done it again.." hey dumbass, maybe fire them, they are too stupid to be a server.
Scallion bubble pancake is one of the appetizer that i always look for whenever we stop by to this restaurant,of course my daughter's all time favorite are the chicken lettuce wrap and the fried pork belly
The food is amazing, the ambiance is so horrific that you feel like you're in a cafeteria. Whoever thought it was a good idea to light the entire restaurant instead of targeted lighting over tables and booths should be flogged with a wet (and numbing) noodle. It's virtually impossible to eat a nice meal without watching everyone else eat their meals, too. For a restaurant this good to have such terrible ambiance is a crime. Bring it down, guys!

Peter Chang's offers a creative menu that has been a pleasure to explore. The service is responsive if not over enthusiastic. I would caution everyone regarding the amount of sodium the chef/kitchen applies to some of the dishes. One hot pot item that would have been delightful killed my tastes buds with the salt overload. The wait staff replaced the dish as I had requested but too late....I was unable to continue due to the damage done. I did take that dish home and reheat it the next day and it was as good as I had hoped. ... read more
