Read the Resy reviews on the Google App store and you will see that this is unproven technology with identifiable glitches. Users are also required to enter a credit card to hold the reservation. All of this equals a bad experience before you even sit down to eat. Dinner tonight had better be just perfect in order for me to even consider coming back for all of the hoops that had to be jumped through just to get here.
we went there last night and try the food. Some of the items was tasty. But the services........terrible. Well, we had 10 people included 2 kids and we did order appetizers and 4 main courses. When female server present the main course to us, told us main courses came with 4 bowl of rices. Later on I was told to other workers need more rices and she came to me said that extra rices need charged $1.- per bowls plus she spoke so loud. Of course, I knew there was no free things. It is outrageous to fire or even reprimand these employees. Kowtowing to know-it-all caucasian losers is worse for business than telling them to go back to Beijing if they love it so much...really, these dorks should have been ejected from the restaurant and told to never return. I don't eat at Peter Changs, ever, they use factory farmed animals and obviously cater to factory farmed hipster douchebags...but I will give "excellent" for the brave and courageous servers and managers who deserve a medal, not a pink slip.
I've been to this place a couple of time when in town. My service also sucked, not as bad as the people that had terrible things written on the bottom of their receipt. It always feels like they are doing me a FAVOR by serving me. I'm done with this place!!
This business is off the list to go to!! Their waiters got caught insulting customers because they forgot to delete the comments??? Seriously??? That is nothing but disrespect and they should NEVER be doing that to start with!!!!
