I had a great patient experience. The doctor and nurse were very informative and answered all of my questions.

After driving 50 miles for my first time appt, given faulty directions from security resulting in my being exactly 6 minutes late for my appt. I was treated like a SECOND class citizen being told by extremely rude receptionist Dr. Refuses to see me even after I explained my situation her response was , and I quote NOT MY PROBLEM. DR HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SEE YOU IF YOUR LATE . I'm JUST medicare patient but being a cancer patient i deal with many Dr's and i will NEVER GO TO THIS ONE.
He took care of me in the ER , then the OR, and then my hospital stay - 9 days. I and my family were extremely impressed with Dr. Brown. His explanations , his demeanor, and his medical follow through were the best we have ever encountered. What a blessing that Tacoma has a physician and surgeon of his caliber!
