After driving 50 miles for my first time appt, given faulty directions from security resulting in my being exactly 6 minutes late for my appt. I was treated like a SECOND class citizen being told by extremely rude receptionist Dr. Refuses to see me even after I explained my situation her response was , and I quote NOT MY PROBLEM. DR HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SEE YOU IF YOUR LATE . I'm JUST medicare patient but being a cancer patient i deal with many Dr's and i will NEVER GO TO THIS ONE.
