We came to Peter Alexander Rundle Mall at 4:45 . The doors were closed, we opened the doors and the lady said they were closed. They were supposed to be open for another 15 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted. Not good enough. Unfortunately you have lost a sale.
Literally spend thousands with Peter Alexander each year… the bad attitude and lack of customer service at Rundle Mall is astounding. Doing their customers a big favour!! Having said that, there’s a couple of non Aussie girls that were lovely. It just didn’t make up for the “manager”.
Friendly and patient staff were super helpful
Store manager was explaining rostering to another staff member holding 2 resources up while a junior staff member was left with a long line of customers
