Great customer service from the younger girl today this afternoon…she was clearly younger than the rest of the team but her performance and her professionalism was really great. She was so helpful even though the store was busy she made time for me. Even after the Boxing Day sales, the store had a good selection of sizes and styles of PJs
Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Rolling your eyes at customers really isn’t a good look.
Had to search far and wide for a particular set of PJ’s for a Christmas gift. The staff at PA Booragoon were incredibly proactive and helpful and managed to hold me a specific pair for 3 days and were always happy to help me and let me know of any changes. Would definitely recommend!
Went to buy some children’s Pj’s that are not cheap. They couldn’t find the original box and because of this, they wanted to charge us for another box or “wrap it”. Bad customer service, wouldn’t return. Don’t usually post bad reviews but seriously.. change your staff or priorities
Always happy with my shopping and the girls at this shop are amazing and so helpful and friendly, I never had a problem with a return!!!
