Heather and arabell are the sweetest most welcoming customer service people I have ever met. Been in there a few times to grab some things and they make you feel so welcome and are both very bubbly polite people. Helped us sign up to be a new member and explained all the details. Amazing service they deserve a raise!

Peter Alexander blacktown has been my go to store for a few years now. The staff are always extremely helpful and have a lot of product knowledge. I popped in store at the start of the week and the store manager Heather and a few other team members assisted with a birthday gift.
