I’ve several services including implants with Dr. Wright, and had great service. Dr. Wright is a very kind and gentle man.
I was referred here about a month ago. When I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone was confused and it took her about 10 min to finally get an appointment. When I walked into the office it took them a good 5 min to notice me. This office is run down and dirty. Nobody ever smiled. When I was finally saw the dentist he just walked in asked why I was here. My first impression of him was not good and it only got worse from there. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone.
I have had several proceedures done by Dr Wright and they were all well done, no problems and complete success.
Horrible customer service. Tried working with office for payment arrangements after they admittedly misquoted prior to surgery then being billed 30% more after the fact. Then, they turned the CHILD over to collections without discussion. Absolutely not ok! Horrible.
