Dr Wishnie is awesome. a few times i had to come in the same day and they made it happen. 2 thumbs up.
You should collect co pay submit claim to insurance then when Insurance EOB is complete bill the patient for balance (Standard Practice). Not bill patient more than co pay despite being In Network.
I highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my foot pain.

Started out seemingly compassionate and kind, but quickly deteriorated into a financially oriented relationship. Wishnie was more interested in selling me orthotics that didn't work and surgery that may have made my foot worse, than truly helping me get better. I ended up finding another podiatrist who thought outside-the-box and saved me from surgery.

As with any health problem sometimes it requires a couple takes before the right solution is found. I have been a patient of D.r. Wishnie for a long time and never had to wait more than 5 min, never received care that was not as expected. In fact I believe Dr. Wishnie stays on top of the game and he he has a latest equipment and technology you don't find anywhere else. When all foot doctors fail to help you I recommend dr Wishnie and believe he can!

Wishnie gives you the impression that he is a knowledgeable and caring doctor but that's all a façade. I regularly waited 30-45 mins in the waiting room, and sometimes he would leave to check in on other patients while I was in his office. The office staff consistently neglected to give him my messages (such as questions from my insurance company or about increased pain due to the orthotics he promised would make me better). What started out as a pleasant experience turned into a money grabbing, very insincere relationship. At first my ulcer was treated by Dr. Kosofsky who seemed quite sincere and caring in his treatment. Then, after I was transferred to Dr Waters, things began to go downhill. First off, I was talked into buying a pair of orthopedic shoes that intensified the pain in my foot.
