If I could give Dr Rienzo 0 stars I would. He gave me a trigger point shot right in his office, no warning of burning or inability to use my arm. Be allergic to local anaesethics, he decided I would have to weather an epidural in a massage chair wide away. Over and over he stuck me with a needles. The pain was excruciating. I was told to toughen up. The tears from my eyes soack the paper on the face ring so much so, it was stuck to my face. He is truly the worst Pain Management Dr BEWARE
A wonderful doctor. Dr. Rienzo is very patient and kind. He took time to explain my options and the procedures. My experience was very good. Doctor and his entire team should be congratulated on their professionalism and warmth. Treating my back pain became less scary thanks Dr. Rienzo.
Totally missed the obvious. It was right there, in black and white. He had an MRI report on his desk that stated there was a metastatic desease present (yes, CANCER). One would have thought he would lead with that information but instead he said got to PT and scheduled an epidural. Maybe he should try reading the MRI results before he just treats every patient the same and by the insurance requirements. What a bozo! I just wonder where he graduated in his class.....last?
