First off, rarely do reviews. Like, rarely rarely. THAT SAID, I'm writing this today because I can't think of many other industries, goods, or services I buy that I like as much as I do Dr.Pate. Let's be clear, I *HATE* going to the dentist -- but his office makes this horrid task infinitely easier than it otherwise would be... I've been referring friends and family for years...
not a good experience at all - employees are certainly not "patient friendly"! More TLC needed from front to back.
Dr. Pate is extremely gentle and explains all treatment before he starts. I was aware of the costs and understood my treatment before we started. The front desk explained my insurance to me and helped me to best utilize my benefits. I would recommend Dr. Pate to my family, friends and co workers. What a wonderful experience!!!
