I’m honestly really disappointed with the care I received at Avera ortho last week. This was my second time seeing Dr Bellezza. I arrived early for my appointment as requested by the clinic. I was roomed by the nurse within a minute or two of my appointment time. She was very friendly and efficient. After she left, I sat and waited for 35 minutes. As painful as it was to fracture my heel, the treatment was quite the opposite . Dr. Bellezza explained things clearly. He showed genuine interest in my comfort and progress. The support staff were efficient and pleasant. I was blessed to have been referred to Dr. Bellezza.
