from the initial call to the final touches, my hot water heater installation went perfectly. nathaniel showed up right when he said he would, worked hard, and explained everything clearly. i've finally found a plumbing service i trust and would gladly recommend to friends and family. they met all my expectations and even did a few things i didn't expect—like putting covers on their equipment wheels to protect my hardwood floors. it was a great experience here in dallas with pete the plumbing pro.

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company in Dallas! Our water heater broke down and our home warranty company sent out a plumber to help us. Nathaniel showed up the next day, quickly figured out what was wrong, and made sure we had running water while we waited for a new water heater.
