I own a house and live out of town, and my elderly mother-in-law stays there. I found out the shower handle had broken, so the shower could not be used. I contacted Nathaniel, and he fit the plumbing repair into his schedule quickly. He even reached out earlier when an opening came up and was able to arrive before 10am. The shower valve and handle were fixed and working again by 11am.
