So I went into Pete and Sons today for an oil change. I was in and out in less the 25 mins. Crazy. Great staff and great service. Highly recommend.
We've been going here since we moved to Crown Point; never once have we had a disappointment in quality of service. This is a wonderful family-owned business--they take great pride in what they do. They are very honest about what your vehicle needs or doesn't need, their prices are reasonable, and there is the distinct feeling that they care for your car just as if it were their own.
So I went in for an oil change. I made an appointment for 1pm. It's now 1:25 and I'm on the road. Great service. Thanks Pete & Sons. I will be returning.
Not only have I called in to get my email off their list for a car that was my father's, i also went in to request it be taken off and then posted on this page to try and get off their email list. Worst part about me still getting emails is that it's still coming in my fathers name and he's dead now. Horrible simply horrible business owners!!!! I will never go back and tell anyone my experience and highly suggest they go elsewhere.
They do great work. Reasonable priced. Very honest and upfront with everything.
