Had a tire issue. They fixed it right up, with walkin service.
When a company sends out coupons to earn business it is a good practice to make sure you go out of your way to earn that business. I dropped my car off an hour and half before my appointment, only to wait another hour after they say it would be complete. A total of 5 hours for a glorified oil change. I live close by and was looking to make this place my one stop shop. I will not be returning my business and highly recommend others to do the same. You can go anywhere and get an $78 oil change and wait 4 hours.
Connie and Bill are honest and dependable. It’s a good feeling to do business with people you trust.
I am a retuning customer for big and small for both cars. I even share this place with coworkers with no fear. The owners are even awesome if you get a chance to chat with them.
We take our cars here and couldn't be happier. They are such nice people here and do an excellent job on our cars. I highly recommend Pete Nelson Automotive.
