I had one guy over to replace my tankless water heater, and without really trying to trouble shoot at all, he just said, they are cheaper to replace than to fix and quoted me $2800. Mike came, and actually spent some time , looking up info on the model and found that it took 2 - 40 amp breakers and one double breaker (which was unlabeled) was tripped/malfunctioning... Had a leaking copper pipe in my ceiling. Matt from Labella came out that day and quickly fixed the damaged pipe section. He also noticed several other corroded spots on the pipe and replaced the whole section. He was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for service in Louisville or around Boulder.
The replaced my furnace and updated the ductwork. They took the time to make it look great.
Matt was an absolute joy to work with, flexible on scheduling, gave us honest advice for what products to buy, and is a perfectionist with his work which is the type of personalized service anyone would want for their home. He takes pride in doing a job well done, came on weekends, and handled the project like a boss. Super reasonable pricing on top of it all. Definitely sticking with La Bella for all future work.
I had AC maintenance repaired. Service was excellant, efficient and very low cost in comparison to other companies. Mike Labella has done numerous services in house with which I have been equally pleased. We had a pilot light go out on the fireplace. Mike talked me through how to get it restarted ... a complex procedure solved with his clear words and me sending some photos of ignition unit. 20 minutes of his time without service call and free of charge.
