Matt was an absolute joy to work with, flexible on scheduling, gave us honest advice for what products to buy, and is a perfectionist with his work which is the type of personalized service anyone would want for their home. He takes pride in doing a job well done, came on weekends, and handled the project like a boss. Super reasonable pricing on top of it all. Definitely sticking with La Bella for all future work.
I had AC maintenance repaired. Service was excellant, efficient and very low cost in comparison to other companies. Mike Labella has done numerous services in house with which I have been equally pleased. We had a pilot light go out on the fireplace. Mike talked me through how to get it restarted ... a complex procedure solved with his clear words and me sending some photos of ignition unit. 20 minutes of his time without service call and free of charge.
Great service and pricing. Had two separate visits in the past month for a new hose bib install and a shut off valve repair. Matt communicated back quickly and was able to schedule the work within a couple of days.
Mike and his team have helped us out a few times over the years, but most recently when our A/C quit during a stretch of 100+ degree days. Joe was able to come out that day to get our old, dying A/C unit jumpstarted. We then worked with the La Bella team to replace the A/C and some other HVAC components in our home. They were prompt and fairly priced, with good communication throughout. Impressed by 30 min response time and a practical solution to a dumb mistake I made (screw in drainpipe in my condo)… They took the time to teach me a few things and I feel the price was reasonable. Take me up on that pizza I promised you, gentlemen! Thanks
