One of our high-end Toto toilets broke down over the holiday weekend. On the first day of business afterwards, I called LaBella's and Matt fit us in at the end of his day. He was terrific. He figured out the problem and had the right part to make the repair. In no time he had the Toto back in perfect working order. He also fixed another problem with a second Toto that had been annoying us for some time. We strongly recommend Matt. He is an experienced problem solver.

Have had them do some plumbing replacements, including a toilet. They were fast, reliable, no nonsense, and did a great job for a great price. They go above and beyond and are miles better than the big corporations that charge you twice as much for the same thing. Highly recommend!

I had one guy over to replace my tankless water heater, and without really trying to trouble shoot at all, he just said, they are cheaper to replace than to fix and quoted me $2800. Mike came, and actually spent some time , looking up info on the model and found that it took 2 - 40 amp breakers and one double breaker (which was unlabeled) was tripped/malfunctioning... Had a leaking copper pipe in my ceiling. Matt from Labella came out that day and quickly fixed the damaged pipe section. He also noticed several other corroded spots on the pipe and replaced the whole section. He was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for service in Louisville or around Boulder.
