As a REALTOR and now a client, all around, 5 stars! I was introduced by a friend of mine to Pete after hearing wonderful things about him and his team. Pete helped us get a loan for a house that was not under normal circumstances. Even though they were probably easier loans to do, Pete told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get the loan and he worked hard to make sure that would happen. A lot easier to work with than other mortgages I have done in the past. Very happy we choose him as a loan officer.
