I have dealt with Pete for many years buying commercial real estate. He found us a four Plex after no one else could in Las Vegas. We gave him the description of what we wanted and he found it perfectly. Not only did he find us one four Plex but over several years stayed in contact with us and found us 5-4&5 Plexes all in the same complex. Several years later when the market skyrocketed he was able to sell those units and more than doubled our money. One thing about Pete he is a money maker.
We purchased our home from Pete and he worked very hard to find the right forever home for me and my husband. Through the years we have referred Pete to friends and family. Pete sold my brother's house and works day and night to get the deal closed with giving excellent customer service. If we ever sell our home we will use Pete.
