Dr. Fitzpatrick is an excellent doctor. She cares about her patients and it shows. I highly recommend her!
It’s too bad you have to leave one star because I wouldn’t for this office. Their office is dirty and their staff is rude in the office and on the phone. I called to let them know that I was having a severe allergic reaction and asked for a call back, but no one cared enough to call. I stopped taking the medication of course and saw a new doctor, that listens and cares and I LOVE! Thanks for absolutely nothing. You should listen to your patients and remember the code of ethics you swore to.
All I needed was one phone call to tell that this was not going to be the place for me. Even the voicemail greeting sounded like that lady does not like her job. When I finally got an answer after three calls, the woman who answered was rude and ended up handing up on me after she told me to hold on as she was putting my insurance information in. Based off of the phone call I would not trust this office, it makes the whole place look lazy, sloppy, and unprofessional.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at Coury Family Medicine. I have been a patient of this practice for well over a decade and, until now, have never encountered anything close to the level of unprofessionalism I experienced during my most recent interaction.
