If I could give less than one star I would. Tried to make an appointment, First lady I got was incredibly rude. I have two insurances, didn't accept the first. Gathered my second insurance info and called back, and they would even look up the second one. Just flat out refused to do anything. I work in hospitality and insurance. I found the front desk so incredibly rude. Rachel came highly recommended but if you can't even get in with the front desk, and their arrogance was wild. I have been going to both offices for about 8 years and I am very happy with this practice. It has been easy to get and make an appointment, and I like that they can do labs in the same office. I have met with different providers during the years and all seem to be very nice and efficient.
