Gilbert Office – The front desk staff is consistently rude and makes patients feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Routine prescription refills for medications I’ve been stable on for years now require mandatory PA visits and repeated blood work. They will deny refills and not inform you until you call them. Evidently the doctors don't take their patients medical concerns seriously. I had 2 CT scans showing concerning problems in lung and thyroid and no one called wirh results after I left many messages with front staff. After being very upset with all of this, the doctors, pa, medical assistants never called . Very unprofessional and I will never go back.

EDIT: We changed doctors to dif clinic in second half of 2025. Coury family med too hard to get into see doctor if appt not made way ahead. Only see PA then who is not very personable and too dependent on easy way out just giving major antibiotics that are horrible for side effects on body. Dr. Andrews is very thorough. Counter staff attentive, PA impatient and cold in Gilbert office.

EDIT: We changed doctors to dif clinic in second half of 2025. Coury family med too hard to get into see doctor if appt not made way ahead. Only see PA then who is not very personable and too dependent on easy way out just giving major antibiotics that are horrible for side effects on body. Dr. Andrews is very thorough. Counter staff attentive, nice! M.A. very nice and thorough. Will keep coming back to Dr. Andrews. My husband sees Dr. Andrews also.
