You guys are very unprofessional and it’s sad that you don’t even have the decency to call the customer to see if their coming. You guys are so quick to rush out. My appointment was at 6:25pm and I arrived at 6:32pm to see the VETCO stand already gone. When I ask a Petco employee too help me he went to the back and grabbed who appeared to be the vets assistant just so the “vet assistant” can tell me “yeah sorry there’s nothing we can do, she tried calling you twice and the doctor leaves at 6:30pm.” Please show me where you “... read more
