We went to Petco today for Reptile Rally and met a Petco associate named Miles who was fantastic. He introduced us to his 4 year old bearded dragon. Needless to say, thanks to Miles’ patience with our one million questions and deep expertise in reptiles, we are now the proud owners of our own 3 month old bearded dragon. Miles talked us through whether we need a 20 v 40 gallon environment, the pre-packed kit options, feeding and care. Took dogs in for nail trim. Good staff did great job. Dogs even like them. Easy to work around my schedule.

Store is great but unfortunately the grooming department needs to work on their customer service. There is a groomer who was not helpful at all and quite rude when I tried to make an appointment. Besides her tone and lack of helpfulness, she told me the latest my dogs could be dropped off for grooming was 3:00 p.m. and they may be there as late as 9:00. No thank you.

That one girl Jayme that's a dog groomer at this location is a real piece of shit she used to throw the small dog around because they don't stay still an she got fired from petsmart for being all meth out just to let ya know ???? They need to get her away from the pups yo

Very sad my baby Pomeranians hair was cut all Off. I asked them to Puff her hair out and trim it a bit around face ONLY, but this is what I got. They gave me a few reasons why they had to do this which all Just sounded like excuses why it was So short . It’s ok if you can’t do it because she’s not cooperative, but don’t cut it all off when this was never discussed . They didn’t even puff out her body long hair which was doable..I can go somewhere else when it grows out but this was a horrible experience after we were so exci... read more
