Bedford clerk and manager I believe named Barbara were nasty. My betta died, I had receipt but clerk insisted on testing my water. Then she said she could not allow me to get another fish. I got my fish but told her I’d keep it in the container it was in until tomorrow. I use spring water. I’ve been getting my fish from this store for over 15 years and I’ve never encountered anyone as nasty as these two today.
