I've gotta admit that over the past couple of months I have been taking my dogs to other places to try and finder a better deal, a cheaper bottom line. My dog has been here since 11:00 am, I asked for specific things and asked if the checkin person wanted me write them down, she said she would. I wanted my cocker's feet trimmed but some length left on top, they are trimmed all the way down. He was more matted than they originally thought, called to see if they could shave it evenly- that was fine. 5 hours later and they are still working on him. Just had the worst customer experience of my life. Went for an appointment for my dog, waited 30 minutes at the counter and no one showed up. Asked an employee for help and he literally grunted at me and walked off then came back minutes later and said a manager would come by. Waited another 5 minutes and nothing. Never coming back.
Made an appointment twice for my dog to get groomed. First time, someone scheduled without knowing and they "weren't sure who did it" because my appointment wasnt on the books at all. Second time, they double booked me and "weren't sure who did it". Easy fix. Since I'm new to Kyle I will just find a better more reliable groomer. Only reason they're not getting a 1 is because my dog never got her haircut there, so unable to rate their grooming skills.
They were awesome they treated my pet maya like a princess 👑 she smelled so good when she came out I just love it. Thanks to the petco grooming staff :) I will sure come back to them
I think that everyone that works here is extremely nice, and very educated on their job. The people are great. My beef is that we purchased a $20 Hawkfish, recently, who is carrying Brooklynella, and the 1 fish killed a healthy, thriving tank in less than 3 weeks. Not only have we lost $400+ in livestock, but we are devestated that we have watched our babies all die a disturbing death. We will NEVER purchase aquatic life from here, again.
