The store is always constantly understaffed. If I never had to shop here again it would be too soon. There’s 15 people in line right now and one person working. And she’s trying to help Karen.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I made an appointment this morning to get my pups nails trimmed, and was scheduled for later in the afternoon. When we arrived the groomer (Anna) was finishing up with another pup. We had to wait 10-15 minutes. She apologized for the wait and offered the mini makeover package for free. They do a pretty good job & at first they hurt my fur baby but decided to give them another chance so I am one happy camper
I have come twice now, for the VETCO Vaccination Clinic. Great experience every time. Professional, prompt, efficient, polite and friendly.
My dog was literally butchered from an employee named Patty at the Petco located in Kyle, Texas. This is unacceptable and I will keep posting this until I get to upper management. I discourage anyone from taking their pets there for grooming.
One of the employees refused to help me when I asked for help. It wasn’t her department, but she helped the lady behind me first. Never ever go there or any Petco. They are too expensive and not worth the disrespect.
