I had been bringing my dog to the location by my house for years. we recently moved and I took him to the location by our new house for a nail trim 4 days ago. I brought him in just for a bath no dry etc and they charged me $20 more than usual. They told me they put his breed into the computer and that was the price. I asked for a manager and there was no management in the store. I had to get back to work and paid the money. I tried all last night to call the store with no response. I take my dog Rocco in to get nails and bath and they always have been great!
Every employee was aware and sharp. Thank you for a great shopping experience!
This store has some of the worst customer service.... I spent 30 minutes in the fish dept and never got helped... the cashier never stood up to help customers and was reading papers... not to mention my saltwater fish was sold to me with ick.
