Came into Petco today so excited to get another Clownfish and an anemone. The lady that helped us first bagged up the Clownfish, which was fine. But then she took the anemone out of the water and let it sit out of water for a good 2-3 minutes while she opened up a big bag (we were also getting rock), put a few cups of water into the bag (the rock and anemone weren’t even submerged in the water WHATSOEVER) drops the rock carelessly, ties the bag and hands it to us. I walked in and one of your employees was sweeping up in the fish section. His name is Leonard. He had a cellphone on his shoulder with his head tilted, full-on conversation. I wasn't greeted I walked towards the dog collars and shopped around there for 5 or 10 minutes and then made my way back to the fish section.
