I was just at the Petco at Pleasant Hill Rd in duluth looking for Merriks dog food. there were two bags of the flavor I usually get but they were soaked in dog urine. I brought it to the attention of the lady who seemed to be the manager and she showed no interest in helping the situation...I ended up calling the petsmart down the street and a nice gentleman checked their stock and they had three bags so I am on my way to pick them up! I don't recommend this Petco for Saltwater fish, Its terrible I have only met 1 person in the fish department with good communication skills and manners. Note that I just started my saltwater fish tank in October of last year. 75 gallon tank my water was tested and its perfect. Over the Year I spent, about 2,000 dollars over saltwater fish at Petco. RecommendedI received my Pets in the Classroom grant and the workers here were as excited as I was. They searched the store room to find the specific tank and other supplies that I needed so that I could use my grant. Then they helped me get it loaded in my car! Thank you Petco!
Great customer service!
Waited in the fish Dept for 30 minutes and no one helped me. Wasted 40 minutes driving to this Petco only to be ignored by the staff. Hey management you need to hire more help.
This has to be the Best Petco and best pet store I have been to! Very awesome staff members, especially Nicki! She is always informative and helpful when it comes to special ordering! The Aquatic fish staffs are always very helpful when I shop there. All of their fish are always healthy and the water are always well maintenance. Today, Cashier Diego was very friendly as i checked out. I cannot stop giving compliments on how well run this store is! I am sure the dog groomers and other associates are JUST as great! I love this Petco! It was my first time yesterday, I brought my Pitbull Terrier, Peanut, in for a nail trimming. The women in grooming were SO sweet and knowledgable. They did a wonderful job and really calmed Peanut down when he started getting antsy. I'm excited to bring him back for grooming, I felt really comfortable with the staff and so did Peanut!
