Store is clean and well-organized. The employees were very friendly.
Had my dog washed, groomed and de-shed. I was not satisfied with the amount of fur still coming off the dog when picking her up; the manager went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of. Absolutely satisfied!
It's great place, just wish the staff was more involved with customer service
