My mom went to your store today to replace 2 dead fish out of 12 she recently purchased. Two fish out of twelve DIED! The other ten are just fine! The amount of crap your employees gave her over two fish is absolutely ridiculous! They refused to replace the fish until they had a water sample! Again 2 out of twelve fish died NOT ten, two and your store would only give her a store credit and refused to allow her to exchange for two more living fish! sold me 3 sick fish with the itch parasite. sickened and killed my whole tank. the store employees tried to fix it by selling me more products to heal the remaining sick fish. what a joke. don't buy fish from this location. there is a petsmart not far down the road.
