The employees actually helped you and were very nice.
I called Petco and the employee was rude on the phone. I went to buy a pet rat and the employee there was was rushing me. He was very short with me when I asked questions about the pet, no eye contact whatsoever and when we finally picked some out, he would not let us take the pet home unless we bought a cage from them. I told them we had an aquarium at home and it was bigger than the cage he was trying to sell me. We took our SDiT (Service Dog in Training) Emma to see Santa. It was wonderful. Santa was such a caring guy to our scared pooch. It was kinda crowded but very well organized. The store was neat and clean and everything was easy to find. I absolutely love their store for pet products. It's the best around.
