The employees at this time are obviously not pet people...not really even people people. There is one young lady that is wonderful who has worked there a long time...she is now in the grooming dept. so I dont have much contact with her anymore. She was always a delight and seemed genuinely happy to see me and my dogs. My experiences have changed when I shop there. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years. We love petco! Our son loves visiting to visit all the pets! always a fun experience! We are picking up a cat today that we adopted! We are very excited!!❤
very friendly and helpful and my dog food gets shipped to my house! I wish there were more info on the birds though.
