I find this location to have horribly rude customer service. I called 2 times and spoke with 3 people. The third person - Loraine not only placed me on hold for so long but swore she didn't have the product I was inquiring about when indeed the second person I spoke with said they did. The reason I was placed on hold again and for soooo long was because I was asking price. Loraine, insisted that they carry no such product. Convenient hours and location, friendly staff, in house grooming – What can I say, Petcos are pretty much all alike. This one has a nice staff. They sadly dropped salt water fish, My dogs get groomed here and enjoy barking at the Chinchillas when I bring them in. The jury is out on the grooming staff for me, I like some of them, others have tried to over charge me. If there's a better deal on grooming anywhere I'm interested!
