Terrible, Zero stars!!! I dropped my dog off at 12. I have a small dog (30 lbs) they told me he would be ready by 3:30 pm. He wasn't ready at 4:20 pm because the person washing him took a lunch break and washed another dog etc. definitely not going back. Let me repeat that. My dog is small, he was only washed and brushed in more than 4 hours!!! Not going back again. Waste of my time and money. Two weeks later I decided to Call and take my dog to a different petco. Awesome store. Great customer service...
I absolutely love Kacey, Amanda and all the other ladies that are Groomers. My two babies SweetieMan & HoneyGirl ALWAYS look & smell amazing. Plus I've never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend y'all letting any of those ladies groom your Furbabies. My Furbabies love going to get groomed.
I really like this store but I usually can find the products cheaper elsewhere. I would go there if the other stores were closed.
