They grooming here is really good & have some good deals that go on. They're really good here & very nice. It's my only favorite place to go for the grooming & everything here. I have no problems here.
Good store, Bad service This store IS very neat and clean and has a wide variety of things to choose from, I just wish a few people there had better customer service skills, cause it really does reflect on the whole store. They are not very friendly, helpful but not friendly and welcoming about it.
The groomers work on commission and there are some that overcharge for extra services that should be included. They charge $6 for shaving the dog and $37 for grooming. Isn't shaving the dog easier than trimming it's hair? Their prices are never consistent. Go somewhere else.
Still Waiting! Petco has the worst customer service. Every time I try to get help in the aquatics department I have to wait forever for some one to talk to me. By the time someone shows up, there are a ton of people waiting to be helped. Even when I call for a simple question, Im put on hold...FOREVER!
I went here for the first time in October 2008. To say the least, I was not impressed. First of all, we were looking for a shock collar, and there were no associates to help us, we stood by the glass enclosed shelf for about 10 minutes before someone finally noticed us. Then, when we proceeded to ask for assistance, he informed us that he works in reptiles, and did not know anythig about the collars. He did not find anyone to help us.
