Sold us a $4 fish that died in less than 5 days... brought it in to try to get a replacement before the kids noticed and they told me I was out of luck without a water sample.... how was I supposed to know that !?! THEY WANTED ME TO COME BACK WITH A WATER SAMPLE!!! ...COME BACK ...WITH THE VIRUS EVERYWHERE ...FOR A $4 FISH!!! I mean, come on... customer service!?!

I took my dog to have his nails trimmed.....apparently store process has changed.....the mini leash cut into his neck. put him on raised table. the MANAGER had no concern for my pet. I'm very unhappy with them......i wonder how other dogs are treated when their owner isn't there
