I wasn’t happy with the service provided by Reed. I went into Petco this afternoon to buy crickets for my bearded dragon, Stomp. I handed Reed the cricket box and asked for 20 crickets. I asked him nicely if he could cover the holes in the cricket box so the crickets can’t escape. Reed inadvertently opened the top part and crickets jumped out. Great service. Great attitude :) every time we come in with our dogs the staff working here are so attentive and friendly with our dogs. Our dogs live the free sample treats :)

I took my baby (Golden Retriver) to Petco San Ramon for a groom, the groomer completely shaved my baby. His now has a head of a Golden Retriver and a body of a cream Lab. I contacted the groomer (Theresa) and she blamed the entire mishap on me. I then called the corporate office 10 times for resolution to no avail. They not only shaved him but they also injured him.
