RecommendedGreat place to get a pet and /or get supplies for any pet. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The manager has talked down and about a petstore that is a small business multiple times to customers. In Brazoria county small business are a huge part of the community somebody needs to take her place cause clearly she doesn’t know the #1 rule NEVER DOWN TALK ABOUT YOUR COMPETITOR IN A NEGATIVE MANNER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Maybe instead of worrying about other stores she should worry about her store being a mess.

From what I heard of an experience from a wonderful,kindhearted and an animal lover of a friend, I will never support this store again. She was refused..YES, refused a sale to purchase goldfish from a mgr/salesperson! She received better service at the Meijer pet section she went to!! lol! Shame on PETCO for this experience that has left her confused and hurt!!

I would like to give the grooming salon 5/5 stars! I brought my long hair doxie here for a groom and was very pleased. We have been to a couple independent salons in the twin cities and petco highland park grooming is by far the best. Prices are very reasonable. Michele H is wonderful! The staff inside the store itself are always very professional and helpful, too.
I placed an order online. It said I could pick it up that day. After not getting an email stating it was ready to pick up, I went to the store. Nobody had even looked at the order and they said it wouldn't be filled until the next day. I finally convinced them to fill it, but then they didn't have all the products (even though the internet stated they were in stock). Went to the checkout at 6:42 PM. Old grey haired lady standing there talking to an ex coworker, no one acknowledged us. We stood there for a minute thinking she was checking the girl out but she wasn’t, they were just standing there having a conversation while she re-ticketed items. No one acknowledged us, so we set our stuff down and left. Great service.
