The groomers were rude and the store manager is inept.
If you want fast service don’t go here no one seems interested in doing they’re job, very rude will not go again.
Rules are rules. Our daughter’s dog has renal failure, gets daily subcutaneous dialysis, has been on the same brand of frozen renal diet for over almost 2 years, and sees her vet every month or two. She is out of town and we ran out of the renal diet. We have the Petco vet approval code, but it states it expired a couple of weeks ago. RecommendedWhen our dog, Bagel got out and behind our fence into the semi wooded area, I knew he was going to come back a dirty dog, but I was not expecting him to look like the picture below. The store manager took my info as well as the pics and said she could help! Janee was our groomer today and she did a phenomenal job with our baby boy! He looks and feels amazing! Terrible organization of store and terrible selection of items.
I went into this location for some cat supplies and walked by the ferrets and this is what their food bowl looks like. The cage was disgusting and there were 5 of them in there. The food bowl and toys were caked in feces. I’ve owned ferrets before and you can’t have that many in a small space like that without cleaning it regularly. I won’t be shopping here for anything else.
