I love the wash your dog facilities they have. They provide shampoo conditioner towels and an apron which in my case did me no good lol. Professional doggy bathtub and blow dryer. Only $10 and leave the mess behind. So much better than rearranging the bathroom and doing the cleanup.
Excellent service. The the young man ( ginger hair) has assisted me several times. They were out of my regular cat litter and he suggested the walnut litter. It is the best dust free, chemical free litter. One suggestion, the brushes for the self wash should be cleaned after each wash. Will bring my own for future washes.

Was having a severe asthma attack today, but had to feed my cat. Called the store ahead of time and they were willing to gather cans for me and bring them to check-out so I could be quick and get home again out of the pollen/smog air. They did this last week, too, when I was in the midst of a bronchitis attack. This PetCo went above and beyond to make things easier on me. They've also been nothing but kind on all my visits. Well, we are full time RVers and we use PetCo exclusively. They have her in their computers and l never have to worry about papers to prove she is up to date with her shots. We have used them in Iowa, Tennessee, South Dakota, Arizona, Idaho and have always been happy with them. The Redlands store was great, took good care of Ruby!!
